Are you in therapy?

I am not, but I'm looking for something more permanent. When I spoke up at 18 years old, I was referred to my local Wellbeing Team, I was with them for a few months until I found someone else who catered for my needs at that time. Talking therapy worked better than CBT but that doesn't mean it won't work for you. Find what you believe is going to help you, it might take a long time, but it's better to know what doesn't help you aswell as what does.
Keep trying and you'll find somewhere that will help you with whatever you need.
