❤ Day 2 ❤
When did you first struggle with mental health?
I had my first panic attack at age 9 in London Underground. They were very small ones, they didn't last long.
I first heard voices at 9 also, I was in my kitchen and I heard two news readers reading about how I was murdered that night. They are still around, but don't always report on my murder or death.
I would cry myself to sleep and then pretend to be ill (which rarely worked) to escape the day. Although I wouldn't be allowed to be in bed all day when I was off school.
I had terrible anger issues from a young age. I would fight with my Mum, Step-Dad, siblings, anyone that told me 'no' which I still struggle with hearing. I also still struggle with my anger when I get upset and I take it out on my family, but I really don't mean to.
